Cancellation Policy

Our system is set up so orders ship as soon as possible. You may cancel the order if it has not been shipped.  With the exception of Innovations, Pindler, Scalamandre backorders and any made to order item.   

Orders can ship within in an hour to a couple of days.  It is recommended that you request cancellation of your order on the same day.  All cancellation requests must be in writing via email to sales@theworkroom.llc or by calling us during normal business hours.  We cannot gurantee cancellation as the items ship from each brand.  

Once the order ships, it cannot be returned for other reasons than manufacturer defect or shipping damage. For more information on our return policy, please refer to our return policy.

Occasionally, we might need to cancel your order for the following reasons:

  • -Unauthorized credit card transaction
  • -Our payment system flags an order as fraud
  • -Item is no longer available
  • -Pricing discrepancy
  • -Errors in minimum order and order increment requirements per vendor requirements. If these requirements aren't met when placing your order, we'll either update your order with a new invoice to meet the minimum or give you the option to cancel. 

If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be applied to your credit card.

Any made-to-order items or special production items (ordered specifically at the mill on your behalf) and pillows cannot be cancelled.  Once the item enters production, we cannot cancel the order.  No cancelations or returns will be accepted on any customs product or special-order items once the order is in production.
