International Shipping Made Easy

Thank you for choosing The WorkRoom! We are excited to offer international shipping to customers around the world. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Automatic Shipping for Select Countries

We offer automatic shipping cost calculations for orders to Australia, Canada, Europe, Japan, Mexico, and New Zealand:

  • Simply add your items to the cart, and the shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Samples: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship samples outside the U.S. Please see alternative options below for more information.

    Rest of the World:

    If your destination isn’t listed above, email us at sales@theworkroom.llc to arrange shipping.

    Please Note:
    Certain items, such as those from Phillip Jeffries, can only be shipped to U.S. addresses due to manufacturer restrictions. Additionally, Genuine Leather Fabrics and Vinyl Wallpapers have specific international shipping restrictions and may require approval.  Contact us with any questions.

    Payment Methods

    We accept a wide range of payment options to make your shopping experience seamless:  all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, G Pay, Meta Pay, and wire transfers.

    Delivery Times

    Orders typically arrive within 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and the items ordered.  Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions or increase in demand.

    Customs & Duties

    • All items ship directly from the U.S.
    • Shipping fees do not include import taxes, customs duties, or VAT (except for orders under $1,000 to Australia and New Zealand—see below)*.
    • The recipient is responsible for these charges, which will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
    • We recommend checking your local customs policies for specific fees and import regulations before placing your order.
    • Multiple Shipments:  If your order includes items from different brands, they may be shipped separately, each with its own shipping and import fees.

    *Special Shipping Details for Australia & New Zealand

    • Orders under $1,000: GST will be added to your shipping cost during checkout.
    • Orders over $1,000: GST and duties will be assessed by customs and paid by the recipient upon arrival.

    Alternative Shipping Options

    U.S. Shipping Address

    Enjoy free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $300!
    Simply provide a verified U.S. shipping address at checkout to qualify for this offer.

    Using Third-Party Shipping Services

    For international customers, third-party shipping services like MyUS.com, Stackry, and Shippn can be helpful for forwarding shipments.

    Here’s how it works:

    1. Set up an account with the third-party service of your choice.
    2. They will provide you with a U.S. shipping address to use when placing your order.
    3. We ship your order to the service, and they handle forwarding it to your international address.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email  or text message with tracking details. 

    From midnight that night, you will be able to track the progress of your order by following the link provided, which will take you to our delivery company’s website. 

    Please note, we may send your order in multiple parcels in order to get your items to you as quickly as possible. In this case, you will be provided with a separate tracking number for each delivery.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • All international orders are final.
    • Returns/exchanges are only accepted for manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
    • If using a third-party service, contact them for shipping damage claims.
